Library Card/ID Issues:

1. What is my PIN number?
   PIN numbers are unique and automatically assigned to all library card holders. To ensure the privacy of all borrower accounts, please call or visit the library to acquire your PIN number.
2. Why is my library card barcode not allowing me to login?
   Your account may be locked due to borrower expiration.
   B. Incorrect PIN number (transposed or missing digits, etc.)
   C. Spaces included in the borrower barcode e.g. 2 0398 00008 2028 instead of 20398000082028
   Please contact us by phone or visit to receive assistance.

Simple instructions for different issues

1. How do I renew my library materials?
   If you have your library card and know your PIN number, login to “My Account” on the PCLC catalog to renew your items. If you do not have your PIN number or require assistance, call or visit the library.
2. How can I have the items that I requested delivered to a different library?
   You can either call to request a change in pickup location, or you may edit the pickup location yourself within “My Account” once you have logged in with your barcode and PIN. Remember, we can also mail your items directly to your home (double check your home address).
3. How can I have my account updated with my new address or contact information?
   Please call or visit to ask for change/update of information.
4. I lost my library card. Can you send me a new one?
   Library cards can only be issued by our member libraries. Please visit and request a replacement card. Replacement cards cost $1.00 cash or check.
