It’s easy to create a LibAnswers email widget that opens your library’s email form in a modal window. You can customize the email button and the email form with your branding.
This widget’s Display Type is “Pop-up via button” using Content Type “Question Form” using the AaL Helpdesk queue. The button text is set to “Email AaL Helpdesk”, and the Helpdesk logo has been placed in the header of the modal window that displays the email form. The default button color is white, and that is changed with some CSS: .s-la-widget .btn-default{background-color:#5bc0de; border: none; color: #ffffff;}.
Insert the generated HTML and JavaScript on the page and the result is this button.
