FAQs

Password Problems: FSW uses OpenAthens authentication to access databases. Students should use their institutional login (used for both Portal and Canvas access) to access databases and to log in to catalog.

Library Card Issues: FSW BucCard is used as Library Card.

Printing: Pay for Print system used at all campus libraries.  Student ID card is used for printing from computers.  Photocopying is not available at any campus library; however, digital scanning to email may be requested at Circulation desk.
