Password: Library card barcode number is user name. Pin numbers have to be changed in person at one of the Cooperative libraries.

Ebook Help: We currently subscribe to Overdrive and Axis 360. Each of our 7 branches has different options for in-person help; some offer classes. Patrons should ask library staff what assistance can be provided at their branch. We will try to help them as much as possible.

Printing: Print management software is utilized at each Library to recover the costs for printing from the public computers. Black and white printouts are $ .25 per page; color, $1.00 per page (if available in the Library). There is no printing available on the wireless connection.Photocopy machines are available to patrons who wish to copy materials at the rate of $.25 per page. Color copiers and printers may be available in some Libraries. The cost for printing/copying in color is $1.00 per page.Copy machine users are advised that there are restrictions on copyrighted materials. Any violation of copyright is the responsibility of the copy machine user.

Genealogy Policy: A genealogy collection is available at the Lake Placid Memorial Library. The focus is Southeastern US states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Massachusetts. Also many United Daughters of the Confederacy and Daughters of the American Revolution materials. The catalog records of the genealogy items are no longer available through the library catalog.
