FAQs

Password Help: Database access is limited to current KU students and employees, and their login credentials are linked with their Microsoft 365 account and use the same login information. (it is important to note that Microsoft 365 requires users to reset their password every 60 days).

Library Card Issues: Library usernames are student ID numbers, and passwords are the student’s first name; Student ID badges serve as their library card for physical locations (for lost or missing badges, students should contact their student Services department).

Employees are not automatically registered like students. Please fill out the request form to obtain a library log in: http://forms.keiseruniversity.edu/library-account-registration-form/

Circulation Policy: Books –2 weeks Periodicals– 1 week CDs/DVDs – 3 Days Reference – does not circulate
