FAQs
Password Help: The LOGIN PIN is a 4-digit number that patrons set up when they got their library card. Note: Patrons, who have just applied for an e-card, will get an email with the PIN. The default PIN for e-cards is 1234.
RESET PIN: If patrons forget their PIN, they can call the library to have it reset. Phone 561.533.7354, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
NOTE: the PIN is NOT the computer password: previously, when patrons were using computers on site (at the library), they would login to the PACs with their library card number and with their last name as the password. That is different from the PIN used with the online library “My Account”.
The PIN number is used for login to the “MY Account”, located in the online catalog’s navigation. The “My account” is used for requesting items, “Take-Out” services, and for renewing books online.
