Password Help: Currently the library has different log on procedures for NSU students, faculty, staff, University School students, HPD affiliates, alumni and public users. Because of the complexity of the logins for various user groups, we recommend that you advise users to report login issues using our online form: https://lib.nova.edu/account

Library Card Issues: For Students: Contact the Help Desk for username and/or password issues at 954-262-4357.  Or, students can change their passwords by clicking the help link located next to the log in button here: https://sherman.library.nova.edu/auth/.   For Public Patrons: Contact the circulation desk for any library card issues at 954-262-4601.

Printing: Printing is 5 cents a page b/w and 10 cents a page for color. Public patrons will print with the NSU Public card or a cash card. There are cash card machines on the first floor and second floor of the library. A cash card sells for $1.00 at these machines. Important Information for Librarians: The Alvin Sherman Library at Nova Southeastern University is a joint use library between NSU and the Broward County Board of County Commissioners. In return for partial funding from the county, NSU provides library cards to people who reside, work or go to school in Broward County. The card is free but patrons must register and show proof of above criteria.
