Be sure to leave PBA ID# (9 digit # starting 1200…,) your full name, and a phone number where you can be contacted.The Help Desk is available Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Wi-Fi Issues: Patrons who are on campus have the option of connecting to the PBAU_GUEST Wi-Fi. This network is not configured to allow access to many of the library’s resources. Students may get an error message such as “this site can’t be reached”. To troubleshoot this, we ask if the patron is on campus. If yes, then we ask which Wi-Fi they are connected to. If they say that they are connected to PBAU_GUEST, we suggest that they switch to PBAU_SAILFISH. In order to connect to this network, they will need to register their device and sign in with their myPBA username and password. Fax Machine: The Library does not provide access to a fax machine. However, students, faculty, or staff may use the machine in Sailfish Services, located in the Human Resources building on the corner of Okeechobee and Dixie Hwy. For questions about fax policies, please call 561-803-2171.
