Library Account Sign in is their College Email and password
PHSC students, staff and faculty can also sign in by going into any one of their courses in CANVAS and in the left-hand column, (the same column that says assignments, grades, etc.), clicking on the link that says Electronic Library Resources. By clicking on that it will take you to all of the Library’s eContent without having to re-enter the login information. If you want to renew a book or see what you have reserved etc., click on the Sign In link at the top of the page and then click on Single Sign On, from there you will be able to access your account information.

Printing and Photocopies: Pay for Print system is in use at all Campus Libraries. Charge is 10 cents per page to print. Only black and white. PHSC ID Card must be used to pay for print jobs. You may add value to the PHSC Library Card or purchase a temporary print card for $1.00. The print card costs 50 cents but 50 cents will remain on the card. May add value to either card in Library or Bookstore.

Reserves Policy: Reserve items may be used within the Library for a period of 2 hours. Reserves consist of textbooks, anatomy models, DVDs, Instructor Personal Copy Items, phone/tablet chargers, and calculators.

Late Fees: Late fees are not charged, though if an item is overdue by one month the item is automatically listed as “Lost” and an invoice for the purchasing cost of the material plus a $15 processing fee is created. If the items are returned, all fees are waived.

Wireless Internet Policy: Students, faculty and staff can log on to the Bobcats Network when on campus using their student or employee ID number.

WISE Account (Student Records): A student’s WISE account is where they can register, add or drop a class, find their transcript and grades and find important information. A student’s WISE login is their Social Security number or their Student ID number. Their password depends on whether they have registered online or signed up in person. If they signed up in person they will have created their own password. If they signed up online, the default password is their birth day and birth year 2 digits/2digits. Ex Born May 5 1992 05/92. The Information Center is the only department that can change or reset a password once they have been locked out. The Information Center phone number is 1-855-669-7472.
