HOURS OF OPERATION
The Seminole County Central, East, North, Northwest and West branches are open:

Monday-Thursday, 9:00a.m. until 8:00p.m.
Friday-Saturday, 9:00a.m. until 5:00p.m.
Sunday, 1:00-5:00p.m.

Libraries are closed for major holidays.

CURBSIDE SERVICE
Seminole County provides curbside service for customers by appointment. To utilize curbside service, customers should call their library branch to determine availability of materials and arrange a pick-up time. Curbside service is available at all five branches.

USE OF PUBLIC COMPUTERS
Use of public computers at all Seminole County Library branches is available for Seminole County Library cardholders or by purchasing a Guest Pass for $1.00. Computer time is limited to one hour at a time up to three hours. If using a Guest Pass, you would need to pay for each hour up to three hours depending on availability.

HOMEBOUND BOOK PROGRAM
Seminole County Library’s Homebound Book program is available to customers with a doctor’s note indicating they cannot physically visit the library, or for customers age 80+. CHILDREN MUST BE ATTENDED
Libraries are not drop-off points for children; all children should be attended while visiting the Seminole County Library. Signs will be posted throughout the buildings to remind customers that children must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

ONLINE SERVICES
Visit SeminoleLibrary.org to access online resources including eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, movies, and learning databases. Residents may also register for a library card on the site.

FAQs

Password Help: Pin numbers are usually the last 4 digits of the patron’s phone number. If the patron has recently changed his/her phone number that could be the problem. A patron may have a fine of $5.00 on their account and still checkout materials, download ebooks and audiobooks, place holds, renew materials, and access library databases that require library card authentication.
